About KH Mushrooms
KH Mushrooms LLC is based in Lathrop, California. We sell fresh mushrooms, foraged mushrooms, dried mushroom seasonings, mushroom tinctures and extracts, preorder pickup items, local delivery items, and related products.
Availability
Products are offered while supplies last. Mushroom availability can change quickly due to harvest timing, seasonal sourcing, inventory limits, and market demand.
We may limit, refuse, cancel, or refund orders at our discretion if inventory becomes unavailable, an order cannot be fulfilled, or an issue occurs with payment, pickup, delivery, or customer information.
Product Information
We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and images accurate, but errors may occur. Product images may not exactly match the item received because mushrooms are natural products and can vary in shape, size, color, and appearance.
Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, delivery, and payment information.
Your order is not guaranteed until payment is completed and the order is accepted by KH Mushrooms. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we may contact you, issue a refund, or offer another solution at our discretion.
Pickup Orders
Pickup orders are currently available at farmers markets and other pickup locations offered on our website. Customers may receive a pickup pass or QR code for pickup.
You are responsible for picking up your order during the posted pickup window. If you miss your pickup window, KH Mushrooms may, at our discretion, refund, replace, hold, deliver for an additional fee, or decline to refund the order depending on the situation.
Delivery Orders
Delivery is available only in the service areas shown at checkout. Delivery days are fixed by area, and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and any needed delivery instructions. If an address is incorrect, inaccessible, unsafe, or incomplete, KH Mushrooms reserves the right to refund, decline refund, reschedule, or handle the order at our discretion.
If an order is left at the door or another requested location, the customer is responsible for retrieving it promptly. Fresh mushrooms and other perishable items should not be left outside for extended periods.
Delivery fees are not refundable unless KH Mushrooms decides otherwise.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are not currently available, but may be offered in the future. Subscription terms, renewal timing, cancellation rules, and delivery details will be provided when subscriptions launch.
Product Substitutions
KH Mushrooms does not make substitutions unless the customer agrees to the substitution.
Tinctures and Extracts
Mushroom tinctures and extracts are wellness products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Tinctures and extracts may contain alcohol. They are intended for adults only and should be kept out of reach of children. Do not use tinctures or extracts if you are avoiding alcohol, pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or purchasing for a child unless you first consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Information on our website, labels, social media, emails, or product descriptions is for general product information only. It is not medical advice.
Food Safety
Customers are responsible for properly storing, handling, and preparing food products after pickup or delivery. Fresh and foraged mushrooms should be refrigerated and cooked before consuming.
Returns and Refunds
Please see our Refund & Pickup Policy for details. Refunds, replacements, or declined refunds are handled at KH Mushrooms’ discretion depending on the product and situation.
Accounts
Customers may be able to create accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for activity under your account.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, KH Mushrooms is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
