Refund & Pickup Policy

We want customers to be happy with their KH Mushrooms order. Because we sell fresh, seasonal, perishable, and small-batch products, refunds and replacements are handled case by case.

Fresh Mushrooms

Fresh mushrooms are perishable. Please refrigerate them promptly and use them within 5 days.

If there is a quality issue with fresh mushrooms, contact us within 5 days of purchase or delivery. KH Mushrooms may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Foraged Mushrooms

Foraged mushrooms are seasonal and limited. They should be refrigerated promptly, cooked before consuming, and used within 5 days.

If there is a quality issue, contact us within 5 days. KH Mushrooms may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Dried Mushroom Seasonings

Dried seasoning products are final sale once opened.

If there is an issue with an unopened dried seasoning product, contact us at info@khmushrooms.com. KH Mushrooms may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Tinctures and Extracts

Tinctures and extracts are final sale once opened.

If there is an issue with an unopened tincture or extract, contact us at info@khmushrooms.com. KH Mushrooms may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Pickup Orders

Pickup orders are currently available at farmers markets and listed pickup locations.

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the posted pickup window. Pickup passes or QR codes may be required.

If you miss your pickup window, contact us as soon as possible. KH Mushrooms may, at our discretion:

  • Refund the order
  • Replace the order
  • Hold the order if practical
  • Offer delivery for an additional fee
  • Decline a refund

Fresh and perishable products may not be available after the pickup window.

Changing a Pickup Market or Order

If you need to change your pickup market or pickup order, contact us before the cutoff time. We will try to help when possible, but changes are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation by contacting info@khmushrooms.com before the applicable order cutoff.

Cancellations after cutoff may not be available because harvest, packing, and market preparation may already be underway.

Delivery Orders

Delivery is available only in the service areas shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and retrieving delivered orders promptly. Once an order is delivered or left according to the provided instructions, the customer is responsible for proper storage and handling.

Delivery fees are not refundable unless KH Mushrooms decides otherwise.

Inventory Issues

If inventory unexpectedly becomes unavailable, KH Mushrooms may cancel and refund the affected item or order. We do not substitute products unless the customer agrees.
