Fresh Mushrooms
Fresh mushrooms are perishable.
Please:
- Refrigerate promptly
- Use within 5 days
- Cook before consuming
- Do not consume if the product appears spoiled, slimy, moldy, or has an off odor
Some people may be sensitive to mushrooms. If you have allergies, sensitivities, a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, consult a qualified professional before use.
Foraged Mushrooms
Foraged mushrooms are seasonal and sourced from a trusted supplier. Common and scientific names may be provided when available.
Foraged mushrooms should be refrigerated promptly, cooked before consuming, and used within 5 days.
Individual sensitivities can occur with mushrooms, including wild mushrooms. Do not consume any product that appears spoiled or has an off odor.
Dried Mushroom Seasonings
Dried mushroom seasonings should be stored in a cool, dry place and used by the best-by date on the package.
Dried seasoning products may be labeled “Made in a Home Kitchen” where applicable and are produced and labeled according to applicable California cottage food requirements.
Current dried seasoning products do not intentionally contain major allergens, but they may be processed in a kitchen that may handle allergens or allergen-containing ingredients.

Storage After Pickup or Delivery
Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after pickup or delivery.
Fresh and foraged mushrooms should be refrigerated as soon as possible. If products are delivered and left at the door or another requested location, the customer is responsible for retrieving them promptly.
