How SMS Opt-In Works | KH Mushrooms

KH Mushrooms only texts customers who opt in. Every form on our website that asks for a phone number shows the checkbox below. It is unchecked by default and optional: the form submits normally without it, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

When a customer checks the box, we record the phone number, the date and time, the form it came from, and the exact wording shown. We only text numbers with a recorded opt-in. Messages are about orders and customer care: pickup and delivery updates, invoices, and support replies. We do not send marketing texts.
